- Do you charge for sales tax?
- Yes. 6% sales tax will be added to your order.
- How much is shipping & handling?
- Unless a "Special S&H" charge appears next to the item's price, S&H costs are based on the following total order amounts:

- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- We ship most orders within 2 business days via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. For most United States destinations, it will take an additional 2-4 days for your package to arrive.
- Do you ship outside of the United States?
- Purchases made through our online store can only be shipped to the 50 United States. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us to make arrangements.
- Can I purchase items in quantities?
- You can enter any number of quantities at checkout, but please note quantities of some items are limited. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill the number of items you order.
- Do HSDC members receive a discount?
- Members receive a 10% discount on all gift shop merchandise.
- For email, postal mail, phone, or in-person orders, just mention that you are a member and your discount will be applied before your order is processed.
- For online purchases, notify us that you are a member by using the "Add Instructions to Seller" textbox at checkout. Your order will be processed without a discount, and we will then refund 10% of the cost of your order, excluding shipping.
- What is your return policy?
- If you are unhappy with your order, please call or email us to resolve the issue. Approved returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Do you store credit card information for online orders?
- When you pay us through PayPal, we do not see or store your credit card information. This applies both to online store purchases and PayPal email invoice payments.
- For security reasons, please do not include your credit card information in any email. Email invoices should be paid by following the included link to a secure PayPal page that will accept your information.
